High school students will be spending Wednesday, September 20th at their annual high school retreat. The day will include fun events, class competitions, and worship and fellowship. Cost for this event is included in fees at the beginning of the year.

We are excited for this year’s Jog-a-thon! This is the elementary school’s annual fundraising event to raise money for the school. Among other things, the annual fund is used to purchase elementary books and supplies. Here’s how it works: the elementary students collect pledges based on number of potential laps they can run in a 45 minute time frame. On May 4th they run like the wind! We are thrilled to share this wonderful afternoon with you! Join us for a special chapel service starting at 1:00PM prepared by our students, followed by a cake reception and a classroom open house. Please note: Grandparents will not be sharing lunch with their students this year.

Come join us on Thursday December 14, for our all grades Christmas Concert. Featuring performances by our elementary students, our high school musical groups, junior high musical groups, and 5th and 6th grade bands, this will be a special evening celebrating the joy and peace brought by the birth of Christ. We'll continue the tradition of ending the concert with "Peace, Peace," sung by our choirs, with a special invitation for Watson Groen/Shoreline Christian alumni to join the choirs.

Wednesday, October 11, freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will be participating in National Standardized Testing Day. All 9th-11th grade students will be taking the PSAT (preliminary SAT) to give them practice for the SAT. The PSAT also serves as the qualifying test for National Merit Awards.
