New Staff Members Join Shoreline Christian School Community

As the new school year is fast approaching, we’d like to introduce you to two new members of the Shoreline Christian staff and faculty.

Aimee Ray is joining our Preschool in August as the new Preschool Co-Director working alongside Barb Reinsma. We are excited to have these two women co-lead our preschool, childcare and summer care programs. Here’s more about Aimee:

I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. I have been working with children of all ages for years and knew I wanted to be a teacher from a very young age. Since graduating, I have worked in several different school capacities, primarily leading an infant classroom at a Montessori Preschool and then working as an office administrator in the same school. I love seeing the incredible development in young children and growing closer to Jesus together.

Andrea Grafmiller will be taking over both the personal and academic counseling duties. Here’s a little bit from our new School Counselor:

Hi! My name is Andrea Grafmiller. I look forward to being a part of the Shoreline Christian community and serving students, staff, families, and God through my position as School Counselor. I received my Masters in School Counseling from Seattle Pacific University and I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from SPU, as well.

I grew up in Spokane and I have lived in Seattle for 11 years. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Chris, for almost seven years and we have an energetic two-year-old boy named Oliver. We attend Sanctuary Church in Greenwood. In my spare time, I like to play outside with my family, read books, and make craft projects.

Please join us in welcoming these women to the SCS family!
